Half-size version of the original B1. This fold-over mini tote is designed to be carried by hand or across the body via its crossbody strap. MAN-TLE's original nylon fabric is produced using a technique inspired by the traditional method of making silk crepe for the Obi belt by boiling in sea water. The partnering mill in Fukui developed a process to recreate this crinkled texture with nylon. The fabric responds to climate: soft in humid conditions, stiff in dry conditions. Woven and finished for MAN-TLE in Fukui, Japan.
