1. Introduction
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You), the trader Centre Commercial (hereafter referred to as We) belonging to the company VEJA FAIR TRADE with a capital of 100,000 Euros, whose headquarters is situated at 146 rue du Faubourg Poissonnière, 75010 Paris and registered on the register of companies and commerce in Paris under the number B478328107, N° de TVA FR89478328107.
2. General
When placing the order, the customer has read the terms and conditions (with attention to conditions about price, name, quantity, colour, particularities of products, and cost of services) and accepts them completely.
3. Order success
Your order is confirmed upon receipt of the email titled « Confirmation de votre commande ». The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed by Centre Commercial.
This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum of 3 working days).
Centre Commercial reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason subject to the availability of the item ordered, unpredictable problems concerning the delivery, issues concerning a previous order or an incomplete or abnormal payment.
In this case, Centre Commercial will inform the customer within a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered. Either a refund will be made or additional information concerning the payment will be requested.
In the case of one of the products is unavailable, the rest of the available products from the order will be dispatched.
4. Pricing
Prices are indicated in euros. The payment currency is the euro.
Centre Commercial reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but will apply the pricing at the time of the order’s validation, under the condition of the product’s availability at the time of purchase.
5. Secure payment
Payments are made by credit card or debit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) via a secure banking server.
We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of it being intercepted.
Payments via Paypal and Apple Pay are also accepted.
6. Property
Items remain Centre Commercial’s property until the complete confirmation of the payment.
7. Delivery terms
A maximum
delay of 3 working days after registering the order is necessary to ship the order.
Centre Commercial uses Colissimo, a part of the French postal services La Poste, for all shipments to the address indicated by the customer.
In France
Shipping costs are up to 8 euros per order. From 80 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered.
In Europe
Shipping costs are up to 15 euros per order. From 150 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered.
International countries
Shipping costs are up to 25 euros per order. From 250 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered.
For the in-store pick-up option an email notifying the availability of the order is sent to the customer once it is ready. All orders for this option can be picked up from the following address :

For all orders placed before 11.30 am the order will be prepared on the same day. After 11.30 am the order will be prepared the next working day.
For orders to Corsica delivery is only carried out via Colissimo.
Centre Commercial will not be held responsible for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Import duty or tax costs will be invoiced to you directly by the carrier.
The approximate delivery time from the day it leaves our stock in Paris are the following :
France : 2-3 working days
Europe : 4-8 working days
The rest of the world : 5-10 working days
The delivery times stated above are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays.
8. Right of Retraction
A « Returns Request » form is included in all orders, it is at the back of the order’s invoice in the parcel.
The customer has up to exactly 15 days to return the order. If this delay expires on a Saturday, a Sunday or a bank holiday, it is prolonged to the next working day.
The customer’s right of retraction begins the moment the order is delivered. The present right of return only applies to products that arrive back in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged. Any product that has been damaged, is not in its original packaging or displays evidence of wear will not be refunded.
A pre-paid returns slip is included with every non-sale item delivered in France.
Returns on any sale items (or from the outlet) or international orders are chargeable to the customer. We strongly advise that the customer ships the return using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel is lost.
9. Privacy policy
Your personal details you provide us with are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing, the establishment of warranty contracts, they enable us to better serve you.
In accordance with the "Data processing and Freedoms" law, the processing of your details is subject to a declaration made before the CNIL (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (déclaration N° 1235194 in compliance with the Law on information technology and liberties from January 6th 1978).
Centre Commercial complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential. This activity is strictly regulated : The file must be declared to the CNIL under the number 1230294.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place (article 34 of the law of 6 January 1978). 10. Intellectual property
All content on this website (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, images and videos) is the property of Centre Commercial, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, must be subject to prior and express authorization by Centre Commercial. The client will refrain from pasting or downloading the content of www.centrecommercial.cc except prior and express authorization by Centre Commercial.
11. Applicable law
These terms and conditions comply with French law.
12. AGEC law in France
In accordance with the articles L. 541-10 and L. 541-10-8 of the French Code of the environment, Centre Commercial is held to contribute to the prevention and to the management of waste which come from the products subjected to the principle of widened responsibility of the producer in the form of a financial contribution attested by the identifier FR219250_11GALR
