How do I place an order?
To purchase any product(s), choose your size on the product page, click ‘Add to cart’ to confirm your selection. To submit your order, select the green ‘Checkout’ button and follow the quick & easy checkout process. Once your order has been placed, within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with your order number and summary.
Why create an account and how to create it?
Your account is a protected area that allows you to view the summary of your orders and modify your personal data. To create an account, go to the "My Account" section and fill out the form provided for this purpose. After validating your account online, you will receive a confirmation email concerning your registration. You have now access to your orders history, your orders status, and your invoices.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After validating your order online, you will receive a confirmation email that sums up your order and your shipping address. If you do not receive the email in your inbox, please check your SPAM section. You can also check your order status on your customer account in the « My Orders » section.
How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders daily (excluding weekends and holidays) and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, subject to payment authorization. We will send you an “order dispatched” e-mail with the tracking number to keep you informed once your order has been shipped and to be able to follow up.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order using a credit card, debit card, Paypal or Apple Pay. Please choose your payment option on the 'payment information' page. On the 'confirmation' page you can choose the card you would like to use (VISA, MasterCard).

What are the offered delivery methods?
Standard delivery Centre Commercial offers deliveries with Colissimo for France, Europe and International. For any order placed from Monday to Friday before 11:30, the order will be delivered the same day. After 11:30, the order will be delivered the next day. Withdrawal in shop It is also possible to withdraw the order directly in our shop at 2, rue de Marseille in the tenth district of Paris from 11am to 20h when you receive an email informing you that your order has been prepared and is ready for the withdrawal at the shop.
Are there shipping costs?
In France Shipping costs are up to 8 euros per order. From 80 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered. In Europe Shipping costs are up to 15 euros per order. From 150 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered. International countries Shipping costs are up to 25 euros per order. From 250 euros of purchase, the shipping cost are offered.
What are the delivery times?
In France: 2 to 3 working days from the expedition. In Europe abroad: 5 to 8 working days after the expedition.
When is my package shipped?
We transmit to our preparation team your order as soon as it is validated. We then deliver your package to the carrier in the middle of the day so that it is delivered to you as soon as possible. Any order placed before 11:30 am is prepared and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:30 are shipped the next day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
How to track my package?
We will send you an e-mail as soon as your package is shipped with a tracking number allowing you to track the delivery of your package on the site www.colissimo.fr. Sometimes Colissimo requires a 24h timeframe to update the information.
What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
In case you have chosen Colissimo the package is delivered to your address. If you are not at home during the passage of the postman or the deliveryman, a notice of passage is deposited in your mailbox. This form indicates the post office where you can pick up the package. You must go to the post office indicated with the notice of passage and a piece of identification to be allowed to pick it up.
Can I ship to a place other than my home?
Your account allows you to register multiple delivery addresses. You can choose to have it delivered to your place, your workplace or wherever you prefer.
I did not receive my package ... What do I do?
The Colissimo “suivi” is delivered by La Poste in 2 to 3 working days. In order to have a successful delivery a signature is required. First, please check that the delivery address you provided is correct. The orders with invalid addresses are likely to come back to us and cause a re-delivery delay. If you have not received your Colissimo followed after 5 days and no notice has been deposited: check the status of your package on the website www.colissimo.fr or contact us on [email protected] .If the package has been lost during the delivery, please contact our Customer Service quickly. However, if the package was delivered at the right address, we cannot be held responsible for the lost or the theft of the package.
I have chosen to retrieve my order in store, when can I come collect it?
The preparation of your order is made on the same day, except for weekends and national holidays, when the order is made before 11:30am. In a period of sale and promotions, which can get very busy for our team, the order preparation may be delayed to the next day. Please wait for the email confirming your order’s availability before coming into the store to collect it as it will only be ready when you are notified. The shop Centre Commercial 2, rue de Marseille, 75010, Paris, is open from 11h to 20h.
How to return an item?
You can either go to one of our Parisian shops for an exchange or a refund or you send your package by post back to us. Please return your order within 15 days after delivery. Only the items in their original condition and packaging, with the filled up “return request”, are accepted. If stocks allow an exchange, we will resend your new order within 5 to 8 days after receipt of your return. For the refund, we will re-credit your bank account with the amount of the returned item within 5 to 8 days after receiving your return. For any refund request, shipping costs will be deducted from the final amount of the refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 15 days to return it to us after receipt of your package.
Who pays for the return costs?
For France and for any item, except on sale or from the ‘outlet’ items, return shipping is available and offered. A prepaid Colissimo label is included in your package. For Europe and International orders, the returns costs are your responsibility. Please note that only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the "return request" duly completed, will be accepted.

The products presented at Centre Commercial correspond to our availabilities. However, it may happen that a model is out of stock in your size or that an available display item is no longer in stock due to a computer error.
