Une Vanille returns to the very essence of the wild orchid fruit, stepping away from sweet, gourmand interpretations. The black vanilla absolute comes from Madagascar's Sava region, the world capital of vanilla, where flowers are hand-pollinated by "marieuses" then processed and extracted in workshops in Grasse. Venezuelan tonka bean adds almond-like facets, while clean musks in the base provide a smooth, lasting foundation.
