A new neighborhood

After Canal Saint-Martin, we’re settling into the 11th arrondissement. Not a relocation, but an extension. Our original store at 2 rue de Marseille remains open, Centre Commercial Outdoor keeps running at number 10 on the same street since June 2025, while Centre Commercial Kids continues to welcome children and parents at 22 rue Yves Toudic.

Why rue de Charonne? Because it brings together everything that inspires us. A former path linking Paris to the wine-growing village of Charonne, annexed to the capital in 1860, it still retains a distinctive spirit today, with its artisans, galleries, cafés, independent shops and hidden cobbled courtyards. It’s a lively, creative and curious neighbourhood where we feel naturally at home. The story began in 2010, when Sébastien Kopp and François-Ghislain Morillion, co-founders of VEJA, opened the very first Centre Commercial near the Canal Saint-Martin. Four addresses and fifteen years later, the project keeps growing at its own pace. Each address has its own identity but shares the same philosophy: a rigorous curation of brands whose origins, materials and manufacturing conditions we fully know. No rhetoric, just facts.
