The Retro-X owes its silhouette to its 6 mm sheepskin-look fleece, backed by a taffeta that blocks wind. Patagonia knits it from recycled Repreve polyester certified by OceanCycle and collected in coastal areas threatened by plastic pollution, then edges the collar and chest pocket with NetPlus nylon made from recycled fishing nets. Elastic binding closes off cold air, Y-Joint sleeves keep arms free and flat seams prevent chafing.
