This jacket is crafted from a remarkably dense 100% silk gabardine. The warp uses BRATAC silk filament yarn, recognised as one of the finest in the world, while the weft incorporates high-quality Japanese spun silk yarn. The fabric undergoes a thorough washing process followed by a raised brushing that gives it a suede-like appearance. This treatment reveals a singular hand that is both firm and slightly wet to the touch, accompanied by a dull lustre that lends the piece a deep and distinctive visual expression.
