Regain celebrates agricultural progress, the new generation of farmers, farm jobs, animal life, good food, country walks and open fires.
This summer, Regain can be enjoyed in the sun. So have some banon, this goat's cheese from Provence! And accompany it with a glass of trapped pear brandy!
The digestive walk will take place in the Swiss Alps, alongside the von Siebenthal brothers' herd. And we'll swap the car for a horse at Cheval Vapeur, a former petrol station that has become a curiosity in the Drôme.
If the fishing is not good, we will listen to the sound of the stream. And we will also listen to other less prosaic words: those of students from Agro Paris Tech who call on their generation to change direction. By giving meaning to their future, by no longer collaborating with polluting and climate-damaging companies.
Some young people have already taken this new path: in these pages we will meet the founders of La Ferme Sans Nom and their formidable reconquest of the peasant seed. And between two watercolours by the artist Philippe Dumas, we will marvel at the red of the peonies of the Var... what a programme!
