Olea Pia comes from the collaboration between four partners: Raphaël Blasi, Arthur Cohen, Shirley Garrier and Mathieu Zouhairi. The goal of this collaboration was to create olive oil, in order to realize traditional Italian recipes. But not all olive oils go with all dishes, which is why Olea Pia is working on creating various varieties of oils specially made to harmonize with different types of dishes.
