Mia is the smallest tadpole in the pond where she lives with all her brothers and sisters. Brothers and sisters who grow up, each in turn, each at their own pace, then mysteriously disappear, one after the other. Is this the fault of the big, bad Gros-Gloups who lives in the depths of the pond?

The Benji Davies album has been adapted into a hardback book for toddlers.
The sturdy hardback makes the book accessible to small hands. A perfect format for the book's immersive images.

Growing up often means learning to overcome one's fears... Mia's questions reveal the fear, but also the courage, that will enable her to enter the world of “grown-ups”! This album also looks at the role of siblings, watching others grow up, being patient...
