VEJA presents the Cateyes. From the ballet flat, it keeps the lightness and the thin sole. From the sneaker, it borrows the sharp lines and the support. Two silhouettes that seemed to oppose each other, that the Cateyes reconciles.

• Panels: Organic Traced (O.T.) Leather
• Insole: Amazonian rubber (28%), bio-sourced E.V.A. (40%, including 32% sugarcane), recycled E.V.A. (7%), organic cotton (5%), mineral calcium carbonate (13%) and other (7%)
• Outsole: Amazonian rubber (50%), mineral silica (26%), synthetic rubber (5%) and other (19%)
• Lining: Organic Traced (O.T.) Leather and Recycled polyester (100%)
• Laces: Recycled polyester (100%)

Suede is the reverse side of leather, sanded to achieve a soft and supple appearance. It comes from farms located in Rio Grande do Sul and is tanned in Brazil without dangerous or prohibited chemicals. VEJA uses dyes that comply with regulations while adopting a responsible use of water during the tanning process. This suede is then coated with PFC-free (chemical compounds) water-repellent oils to protect the shoes against light rain.
