Papier is a tribute to the movement that revalorizes movement that revalorizes the terroir and sharing. This hybrid guide will help you discover the nuggets that make the Basque Country vibrate all year long.

It is not, in any case, a copy and paste of a summer tourist guide that presents which tirelessly presents the same addresses that contribute to saturate the region. Our guide has been imagined and co-constructed with local actors and its addresses have been patiently unearthed, over the seasons, in the intimacy of local life.
