Clémence Montigny (@Mosselbay) is an artist based in Toulouse, France.

"My drawing practice and my graphic research led me naturally to the work of clay, and in particular that of stoneware, resistant to the many trials of everyday life.

Through the technique of modeling, the plate and the colombin, I apprehend the forms that I imagine and draw, in 3 dimensions and give them life as I shape them. 

In the end, they are created slowly according to my desires, my bestial imagination and my concern to occupy a certain place & function in space.

The finality of my pieces is generally the expression of a path that is at once aesthetic, formal & that comes from the heart."
