Introducing the Koroneiki Oil, Olea Pia X Centre Commercial.

Produced from Koroneiki olives, hand-picked and quickly pressed, it retains a delicate flavor and fresh aroma. Known for its robust, fruity notes, this oil features notes of pepper, fresh grass and a slight bitterness, providing an intense and rich taste experience.

Ingredients:

1 zucchini
1 peach
3 tomatoes
1 fig
1 lemon
1/2 block of feta cheese
Brown sugar
Kalamata olives
Pine nuts
Buckwheat
Basil
Honey

Instructions:

1 - In a bowl, slice the zucchini and toss with the oil. Add a little lemon juice, then salt and oregano. Mix well.

2 - Chop the peach, fig, and tomatoes.

3 - Oil a frying pan, and leave it on the heat. Once the pan is hot, place the peaches in the pan and sprinkle with brown sugar to caramelize. Add more sugar if necessary. Once the peaches have caramelized, set aside.

4 - Mix a handful of both buckwheat and pine nuts in a separate bowl and crush them up.

5 - Coat the feta with the pine nut and buckwheat mixture, then brown in a hot frying pan with a drizzle of oil. Once the pine nuts are lightly toasted, set aside.

6 - Arrange the zucchini, tomato slices, figs and caramelized peaches on a plate. Place the pine nut-coated feta in the center of the plate. Add the Kalamata olives and season to taste.

7 - For the finishing touch, add a basil leaf, a spoonful of honey and lemon zest.
