PARABOOT

At the end of the 19th century Remy Richard established his first shoe making factory in the French region of Isère. At the time he sold designs to both city dwellers and mountain climbers. Paraboot was born from the union of city oriented designs and alpinism boots. The quality and style of the shoes defy the seasons and time. Today Paraboot, still based in Izeaux, is one of the last companies to manufacture « sewn shoes » in France.
