Aerende's lightly scented candles with essential oils are made from rapeseed wax, a durable and non-toxic alternative to kerosene or soy wax. To reduce its environmental footprint, the brand also uses non-toxic cotton or linen wicks. Each candle is handmade in their workshops by people with disabilities or mental illness in Hertfordshire.
