What is your returns policy ?
Centre Commercial unconditionally guarantees that all products sold online are free from defects of workmanship.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided they are returned within 15 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Each parcel includes a return form at the back of the order receipt.
How do I track my order ?
Our team works daily towards processing the orders quickly.
We send you an email as soon as your order is shipped with a link enabling you to track it. You can follow its delivery on the following link : http://www.colissimo.fr/portail_colissimo/suivre.do.
Enter the tracking number sent in the shipped product email in the space provided.
I’ve chosen to retrieve my order in store, when can I come collect it ?
The preparation of your order is made on the same day except for weekends and national holidays. In a period of sale and promotions, which can get very busy for our team, the order preparation may be delayed to the next day.
Please wait for the email confirming your order’s availability before coming into the store to collect it as it will only be ready when you are notified.
How do I return my item(s) ?
If you would like to return any items from your order, please follow these instructions.
1. Check no more than 15 days have passed since the time you received your order.
2. Place the items you wish to return in the box you received.
3. Include your receipt and fill the exchange or refund request at the back specifying the reason and product you wish to exchange or return.
4. Customers based in France with full price items can use the enclosed pre-paid returns label (insured) and drop the securely sealed parcel at their nearest post office.
International customers or French customers returning sale items can use the shipping method of their choice. For returns within France we recommend Colissimo. We strongly advise that you send your return to us using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel should get lost.

Are returns free ?
Within France yes, returns are free on full price purchases (excluding sale items or items from the outlet). Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on international shipping and customers are responsible for the costs of returning their order.
Returning Items From Outside the EU
When returning items from outside the EU please be sure to include 'Returns' clearly at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by French customs, allowing us to process it faster.
How long will it take to process my return ?
We receive French & International returns daily.
It can take from 2 to 10 working days from the day we receive your parcel to process your exchange or refund request.
For refund requests we will credit the amount of the products returned to your bank or Paypal account used at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 days to appear in your account and refer to your bank or card issuer's terms & conditions for further information.
Exchange requests are subject to the available stock, your parcel will be sent back to the same address and under the same conditions as the original order.
Can I take my return to the store at rue de Marseille ?
No problem, as long as you return the goods within 15 days upon delivery. Please make sure you fill in and bring along the return slip at the back of your receipt to the following address :
