Placing An Order

 

How do I place an order?

To purchase any product(s), choose your size on the product page, click ‘Add to basket’ to confirm your selection. To submit your order, select the green ‘Checkout’ button and follow the quick & easy checkout process. Once your order has been placed, within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with your order number and summary.

 

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?

Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. At any time, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Orders" within your account area.

How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders daily (Monday - Friday, excluding French bank holidays) and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, subject to payment authorisation. Please note, this isn't always possible during busy periods such as Sale & Christmas. We will send you an “order dispatched” e-mail to confirm once your order has been shipped.

 

Why must I create an account and how do I create it?
Your account is a protected area that allows you to view a summary of your orders and modify your personal data. To create an account, select ‘My Account’ at the top right of the screen and enter the few required details.


What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, there is a password reminder option on your account log in page. Simply enter your email address and we will email you your password. 




Payment

How can I pay?
You can pay for your order using a credit card, debit card or Paypal. At the 'payment information' page, please choose your payment option. On the 'confirmation' page you can choose the card you would like to use (AMEX, VISA, MasterCard). 

Can I pay with a cheque?
Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in France for all baskets over 30 euros. We offer FREE SHIPPING to our international customers for all baskets over 100 euros.

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to the following countries:


French Overseas Departments and Territories / DOM-TOM:

What are the different delivery options?

 
Colissimo post service

Colissimo is the name of a registered parcel delivery service offered to the public by La Poste. All parcels are fully insured, trackable and require a signature on delivery. Average Colissimo delivery times are as follows:

2-3 days in France
Up to 5 days within EU Europe
Up to 10 days for the rest of the world

Bicycle delivery within Paris

We offer same-day bicycle delivery within Paris for 10 euros. All orders placed Monday - Friday before 11:30 am will be delivered the same day. Otherwise, the order will be delivered the next working day (Our working days are Monday - Friday).

Collect from our store on Rue de Marseille, Paris

It is possible to pick up the order directly from Centre Commercial's shop (2, rue de Marseille - 75010 Paris - Metro Republique or Jacques Bonsergent).

 

How will I know if my order has shipped?
Orders are dispatched daily Monday - Friday. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us, with the title 'Commande expediee'. The email will contain your parcel tracking number.


How long will my delivery take?
From the time of dispatch, average delivery times are as follows:

2-3 days in France
Up to 5 days within EU Europe
Up to 10 days for the rest of the world

*The above times are to be used as general guidelines only, deliveries can occasionally take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or national holidays.

 

Can I specify a day for delivery?
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date.

 

Can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched we will send you an email to confirm that it’s on its way. You can track your order at Colissimo : www.colissimo.fr

 

Can I choose a different address than home?
You are able to specify an alternate address for delivery, however we reserve the right to deliver to the billing address if there is any issue with the payment. We will contact you prior to shipping to either address if this is the case.

What if I'm not home?
If you’re not home to sign for your parcel, Colissimo will leave a card to say a delivery was attempted whilst you were away. This card will detail the post office nearby that your parcel has been taken to for you to collect. You can also appoint somebody to collect the parcel on your behalf.



Returns & Exchanges


What is your returns policy?
Centre Commercial unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. 

 
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided they are returned within 28 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.

*Please note - We do not offer refunds on discounted or sale items but we will gladly exchange for another product.

If you buy a product with a gift card (which would be a special offer by Centre Commercial), your product will be exchanged, not refunded.


Are returns free?

Within France yes, returns are free on full price purchases (excluding sale items). Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on international orders and customers are responsible for the costs of returning their order.


We strongly advise that you return to us using a registered, track able service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel should get lost. 
 

 

 

How do I return my item(s)?
If you would like to return any items from your order, please follow these instructions.

 
1. Check no more than 28 days has passed since the time you received your order
2. Place the items you wish to return in the box you received.
3. Include your return receipt and a brief note to explain the reason for return, your exchange details or refund request.
4. French customers with full price items, use the enclosed pre-paid returns label (insured) and drop the securely sealed parcel at your nearest post office. International customers or French customers returning sale items, you can use the shipping method of your choice, but we recommend the Colissimo service. Remember to fully insure your goods and keep your receipt.

Is it safe to order online?
Our website uses the latest encryption technology to ensure that your card details stay safe & secure as you shop. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event someone was able to intercept it.

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. When you make a purchase from our website, we collect certain personal information from you (for example: your name, email address, payment address and details). All such information is held on secure servers.

Centre Commercial complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential. In order to serve you most efficiently, reputable third-party banking and distribution institutions handle our credit card transactions and order fulfillment. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your payment card and to process your order. All such organizations are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.
