How do I place an order?
To purchase any product(s), choose your size on the product page, click ‘Add to basket’ to confirm your selection. To submit your order, select the green ‘Checkout’ button and follow the quick & easy checkout process. Once your order has been placed, within a few minutes you will receive an e-mail with your order number and summary.
How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
Within a few minutes of placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. At any time, you can check the status of your order by selecting "My Orders" within your account area.
How long will it take to process my order?
We process orders daily (excluding week end and holidays) and we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, subject to payment authorisation. We will send you an “order dispatched” e-mail to confirm once your order has been shipped.

What are the different delivery options?
Colissimo post service
Colissimo is the name of a registered parcel delivery service offered to the public by La Poste. All parcels are fully insured, trackable and require a signature on delivery.
Bicycle delivery within Paris
We offer same-day bicycle delivery within Paris for 10 euros. All orders placed on week days before 11:30 am will be delivered the same day. Otherwise, the order will be delivered the next working day.
Collect from our store
It is possible to pick up the order directly from Centre Commercial's shop at 2 rue de Marseille in the tenth district in Paris form 11am to 8pm as soon as you received an email confirmation for picking.
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Orders are dispatched daily from Monday to Friday. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from us it will contain your parcel tracking number.
How long will my delivery take?
From the time of dispatch, average delivery times are as follows:
2 to 3 days for France shipping
5 to 10 days for International shipping
*The above times are to be used as general guidelines only, deliveries can occasionally take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or national holidays.
Can I track my order?

Can I choose a different address than home?
You are able to specify an alternate address for delivery, your personal account ables you to choose severals shipping adresses.
What if I'm not home?
If you’re not home to sign for your parcel, Colissimo will leave a card to say a delivery was attempted whilst you were away. This card will detail the post office nearby that your parcel has been taken to for you to collect.
What is your returns policy?
Centre Commercial unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund, provided they are returned within 15 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition.
Are returns free?
Within France yes, returns are free on full price purchases (excluding sale items).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on international orders and customers are responsible for the costs of returning their order.
We strongly advise that you return to us using a registered, trackable service, with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel should get lost.

If you would like to return any items from your order, please return us your item(s) unworn, complete with all original tags, and in original and resalable condition in the original box if possible.
